Charge on my Credit Card for $100 from Nest Labs

I have a charge on my credit card for $100 from Nest Labs, but I can't figure out what it is for. I don't seem to have a subscription to anything Nest-related. I do have a Nest camera.

No sound on replay of my nest outdoor camera

When my Google Nest outdoor camera records an event on playback there’s no sound. But watching the camera the sound is fine. I have 5 cameras outside and this one is the only one giving me trouble

Nest aware plus

Familiar faces recognition works great. But I’d like to NOT be notified of a familiar face. And only be notified of UN-familiar faces. Is this available? If not, it should be an option to avoid unwanted and unnecessary people alerts.
