BBC 3 not working. R2 and 4 OK

I have used voice and automation to play BBC Radio 3 but for the last week or so Nest reports ‘can’t do that right now’ etc. Radio 2 and 4 works fine.i have reset the router and speaker but it is the same.Any idea please? Thanks
