Can’t swipe left on nest hub 2nd gen

I’ve just unboxed nest hub 2nd gen.I can’t seem to swipe left (from right hand side to left) it continues to come up with curated art screen.it is my first nest hub, seems faulty.can anyone advise a fix. I’m be already tried resetting.
