Nest Hub not connecting to home wifi

Can not connect nestHub to home Wifi. Our wifi name does not show up on list, we even entered it manually with no security and still won’t see it. Can any help or I’ll have to return it and get refund.

Nest Hub will not connect to WiFi

Moved into an apartment which has a universal WiFi system, thus no router or modem. My Nest cannot find the wifi even though I have a strong signal on my phone.Have reset and done so many restarts but no joy.@Link @Nest
