i keep trying to play music on my google home but it keeps saying sorry i don’t understand and i just wanna play music
My screen was stuck on gray with the G so I unplugged it, plugged it back in with Volume pressed to put it in recovery mode. Then I did the factory reset for ten seconds only to have it stuck on a white screen.
Has anyone encountered this issue? It has only recently started, where by asking google to play a song by title and artist is now met with a "Sorry I don't understand".This worked fine last week, however this week no luck. Very frustrating.
