I have a Neat thermostat Generation 3 that the battery wont charge. What should I so?

Set up but didn’t work

Set up google home to run presence sensing on away but after leaving home for 30 minutes the app still showed us as being at home still.Any ideas why this would be?

Use presence sensing to auto turn on lights at sunset

Hi, attempted to use presence sensing to auto turn on lights at sunset when we were not at home. However the lights came on as soon as we left home despite it being several hours until sunset.Is it possible to set up so only come on a sunset? Thanks
