NestCam usb port loose

Hello, my NestCam micro USB port has become loose and it no longer powers the camera. I have tried multiple cables and power supply and it still will not work. The inside of the port has become loose. How can this be fixed. Thank you.

Resolved! Lost mounting magnets

I bought a 2 pack nest outdoor cameras. My wife threw the box away before I was able to put them up and the magnets and mounting screws etc. were still in the box. Is there a way to get replacements?
