Nest Aware says no compatible device

Camera model NC1102ESNest Aware within the Google Home app says No compatible device.I am using the trial version. Not willing to pay for a subscription until I know my camera is going to work as advertised.Suggestions for a remedy?

Best camera won’t live feed on phone outside of wifi range

Ok, I have two cameras work perfectly. When I leave wifi range I get notifications but can not connect to the cameras and the notifications have no images / recordings.Any help would be appreciated
