I purchased Nest Aware some time ago and it doesn’t seem to be working. I get notifications of sound, motion, and dog barking but when I click on them I get a still picture only. Help please.

Subscription issues

Despite paying for each month of $18 my subscription according to google has been cancelled. I was told I only signed up for a 30 day trial. I have no recorded history or announcements of people coming and going. I need this issue fixed ASAP
