My Nest Wifi stopped working and can't be set up again.

I get all the way to the end of setting up my wifi points and then get a message "Can't communicate with the device" .I have tried all the suggestions- Factory reset, forget the network, unplug the devices, reinstall the Home app, etc. Nothing works....
