Google Nest Mini (2nd Gen)

My Google Nest Mini seems to be frozen after a brief power outage. Unable to reset (turn off audio and hold center of mini). There are 2 white lights on the top, but responding to nothing. Unplugging does not correct either. Any thoughts?
