Nest Hub Max Not Showing Photos

I have followed the suggestions of creating an album in Google photos and adding it in the settings on my Google Home app. One I select any album, it previews the image but my Nest Hub Max continues to show the art gallery photos instead. Any help?

Connecting my hub to google home

Google home can find the hub but when I try to connect it says it can’t connect. I moved the hub right beside the router but it still doesn’t work. What else can I try or should I replace it?

Google wake word

Can you change the wake word. My different devices often conflict with each other. My Amazon device wake words are computer, echo, and Alexa. Is Google advanced enough to have a similar option? Thanks
