Google mini on Bluetooth

If I pair my phone to a Google mini via Bluetooth, can I unplug it, take it away on holiday and use it as a Bluetooth speaker?

Chromecast WiFi connection

My WiFi requires BOTH username and password to connect. Chromecast setup only requests password during setup. Is there a syntax that will let me enter username AND password to connect to WiFi? I already tried username/password, didn’t work
