Resolved! Can’t skip or remove unknown face

Good day readers!Last week I got a new unknown face I wanted to add, but the clip isn’t loading.Now when i try to skip the face still remains and I can’t delete the unknown face in the option.anyone know with this problem?

Nest away not working but I paid for it

I paid for a yearly subscription to Nest Aware and just realized that the feature is no longer available. I realized that it was gone when I needed it the most!!!google, you charged me $150!!! Where is my service??
