I thought I was paying fir a subscription, but I can’t see my videos. Only pictures.

My Nest subscription has expired and is under My email.

Despite paying for each month of $18 my subscription according to google has been cancelled. I was told I only signed up for a 30 day trial. I have no recorded history or announcements of people coming and going. I need this issue fixed ASAP
