Google Nest Hub Stuck on G

Nest Hub Black Band on Left of Screen

As subject, Nest Hub develop black band (line) on left of screen. Hard reboot and reset up, problem persist.This is not the first post of the same problem, is Google trying to get us to buy the 2nd Gen!!!!!!
