Replacement parts. I purchased the unit on eBay and didn’t think it would be that hard to order a new wall mount for it, but I have looked everywhere and can’t find. Hopefully someone can help me with this issue. Thanks

nest outdoor camera

HelloMy nest outdoor camera won't connect. We have tried to connect in situ to the wifi, then unplugged and connected direct to camera. It gives a blue slow fashing light but will not connect either through wifi or direct with usb cable. Any help?

Ordered second subscription by mistake.

It shouldn't take any time to issue refund. The issue has apparently gone to a senior team member and it's been over a month to get any results. I plan to dispute it with my credit card company if I don't get this. (Case 4-6790000032581)
