migration from nest to google deleted videos need it back

I just migrated from Nest to Google and they deleted my Nest history!!! If I gave permission to do so, it was buried in multiple paragraphs of agreements and this is a big problem. I need access to the videos I saved on my Nest account.

I can’t access immediate videos of recent activities

I need help in fixing an issue with wired doorbell that records and only shows still picture of the video recording that took. Is this a way for google to force a subscription? If so this is misleading and fraud.
