I just setup 8 Nest Protect smoke/CO alarms and noticed the devices running two different versions. Some are running 3.1.4rc3 and others 3.4rc6. Is 3.1.4rc3 the most current? If so, how do I update the others?Thanks

Nest falling off the wall

The front part of my nest won’t stay attached to the wall. It’s like it just doesn’t click in together properly. This leaves the nest to routinely lose its battery and disconnect. Is there anyway to simply replace the front part of the nest.?
