Resolved! NEW NEST PROTECT INSTALLATION ISSUES

New protect smoke alarms will not install due to internal nest software issues according to nest support team?? Anyone hear of this? It’s been about 3 weeks and issue still not resolved. I continue to get P018 errors upon install.
