After multiple renovations the back of Nest Protect no longer has a scanable QR code or a visible Entry Key. I have the box with the Serial number and trying to figure out how to obtain the 6-Digit Entry key. Help is much appreciated..

I have a nest guard that randomly sets off the alarm do to motion sensing. There is not motion in the house. Is there a way to reduce the sensitivity or shut off the motion on the guard.

Changing the name of Nest Protect units

Hi. I moved to a new house and brought my Nest Protect smoke/CO2 alarms with me. I want to rename them to match the locations in the new house. I've followed one set of instrux on google website, but it doesn't seem to work. Ideas?
