Nest doorbell camera not working

Nee buyer saying my best cam is not removed but there’s nothing in my app

I’ve done all the steps to remove my cameras from my account but the new owner still reports it is linked to another account.I can’t see any cameras in my account to remove any longer. All ideas welcome please.
