Nest protect doesn’t protect

Nest protect battery version won’t reset to connect to app it goes through procedure to reset but before resetting keeps saying smoke in room and setting alarm off have to say it rubbish made in jan21can I get repaired or replaced?

Nest Protect keeps saying hi

Hello last night one of my Nest protects kept saying Hi with the blue circle. I did a reset on it then and for 8 hours it was fine. Then again it started saying Hi. I have reset it twice since then and have now unplugged it and removed the batteries....

Nest protect spoken languange

I can not change the spoken language to Polish because it does not exist. Can I manually replace the English files somewhere to upload Polish sounds myself (when smoke is detected, etc).?
