I cannot find the home and guarding feature anymore on my nest app if I can find or get some help with reputting it back on the app it will really be appreciated

remote silencing of low battery alarm

I'm on holiday for 3 weeks and my app and neighbour tells me the alarm is chirping. Can I silence the chirp remotely and if not why not as I cannot be the only person to have this problem. My neighbour is annoyed, quite rightly so!

HELP.. where are my nest protect gone?

Hi,auddenly all my 8 nest home protect gen 2 have dissapeared from the app. I tried to log out and in again but still nothing. Is this a common issue? And do I manually need to reinstall all of them again?

Replacement protect bracket that's out of warranty

I need a replacement bracket for my 2nd gen battery Protect (06A), but Google/Nest won't even sell one to me because my device is out of warranty. Does anyone have any idea where I can get one? Thanks!
