Nest Cam outdoor or indoor battery set up

I am having issues completing the set up. Ive restarted my googlefiber, i’ve moved the camera a bit further from router and it keeps telling me the set up is taking longer and will just say try again. Idk what to do or how to solve this

How to view outdoor nest camera on a computer?

I have older nest cameras that work on my app and computer. When I added a new camera it works on the google home app but it will not add to my old nest app and I cant figure out how to view the new camera on my computer?

Not receiving notifications from my nest camera
