Nest aware

I have signed up for Nest aware but nothing on the app changed. I cannot find where to turn it on and I have been down every menu multiple times. The app also keeps signing me out, and I am beyond frustrated. I would love some help please. Thanks.

Cant change the notification sound

Nest doorbell uses the default phone notification sound which means it is indistinguishable from other alerts. Clearly, the default notification is unimportant and is ignored 99% of the time because it is a mundane alert for news and unimportant apps...
