I use to be able to see a video when my cameras detected motion. Now all I see is a still picture, on both of my cameras. How do I fix this?

Nest camera keeps shutting off

My camera was working great for a few years but the last 6 months keeps shutting off.

Subscription Renewal Date is wrong
