Nest Protect Mounting Bracket

I recently bought a new house that had a Nest Protect installed but when I was painting I broke the bracket it connected to on the ceiling. Can you tell me where I can get a replacement? The model in the nest app says it’s a Topaz-2.7.

Can’t set up Protect battery version

I have 2 new Nest Protect smoke/CO detectors (battery version) and keep getting PO30 error code and can’t set them up. I have tried for over 2 hours now

2022 US Compliance - UL 217v8

Does anyone know if the current Gen 2 model is compliant with UL 217v8, the new US code for smoke detectors? A Wirecutter review from January mentioned that Nest will be making an update this year to ensure compliance with this new code.

2nd gen. Nest hardwire smoke/carbon detector

Has anyone found where to get the 120V replacement connector??? Someone installed a hardwire with just the batteries in my house and would like to hardwire it in. Any info is appreciated. Thank you.
