Resolved! 4k problem app

I still have a problem with Netflix in 4k and Disney plus only displays HD, you tube works and HBO max shows 4k TV uehu487500 Will you ever fix it? The TV has a 4K matrix because the built-in Netflix in the TV works normally in 4K?

Change wifi network without remote control

My google tv remote was damaged and I have been using google home app to control device. Can someone tell me how I synch google tv with phone app when I change wifi networks? I can't get to the settings to put it on thr same network.
