Chromecast doesn't work

Chromecast device shows a solid orange led light on and gets a no signal error on tv even after changing hdmi port and also changing the tv and can't reset it as its not connected to phone.

App not available in my region

Im in Hong Kong and my account is also based the same location. However, apps are not available for my region, could this be google issue for the apps issue?

Chromecast remote dead!

Chromecast remote dead. Not one button works. Replaced batteries with fresh ones, no help! Reset Chromecast to factory defaults but it did not pair with Chromecast. Please help? Rolando.

Netflix is not an app on Chromecast Google TV

So I have 3 Chromecast at home, in 2 of them I can use Netflix normally, but in 1 of them, Chromecast says that Netflix is not available in my county, although it is... And I use the app in the other two. What can I do?
