New Wifi - cannot connect chromecast

I have new internet connection and need to connect new wifi connection and cannot figure out how to do this - can someone please help me??! Not sure if I checked the correct options above, either!

Video not casting but audio does

It will cast my screen fine but when I try to cast something downloaded it only plays the audio with no video. I can't stream bc I don't have the best internet in rural America. So how can I fix this please.
