Chromecast volume too loud

Whenever I initially connect to chromecast and go to change the volume from my phone using the buttons on the side of my phone, the volume goes to 100% and it's super annoying! How do I prevent that?

Ok I had a issue that my brand of TV for the device was not on the list. It is a Vivo product, but how I connected it was to use the Teac model as they share the same TV code with Vivo.You can find it here https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&r...
