Resolved! chrome cast tv does not work need replacement

Tried all the steps to get it going, but nothing. Worked fine and now it's not working. Will not reset. Company website runs me in circles. It's within warranty period. How do I get it replaced? It's as Chromecast 4K.

If I give commands to my Google home it says my old Phone every time.. i have the note 20 now and if I ask to find my Phone he will search for my old Phone (the note 8). How can I change this?
