Resolved! My neighbor keeps connecting to my smart tv via smart cast, how do I disable it so they can't do it?

Can't connect Chromecast

I have a first generation chromecase that won't connect to wifi. I downloaded google home app and did a reboot on the chromestick but the app won't find my devide. Just "looks" and can't find in. Any ideas?
