Why does my nest hub after asking it to stream the outside camera it shows the camera then comes up with a stupid search which was never asked to do (I had to say web browser but it's the nest hub) Any help please

Nest hello doorbell lagging or bad sensor

The video doorbells doesn't pick up all only some motion people and might even send notifications of the doorbell camera the next day or later on that day and not when someone actual rings the bell or walk pass or near the camera.

I want to be able to record and save for couple weeks .. as of now only saves 3 hr recordings anything after that deletes
