Nest Outdoor Cam does not turn back on after power failure

Have many Nest outdoor cams, and most do NOT restart after a power failure.There is no need to wiggle any plugs, as all are fine. It was working before the power failed.Nothing has changed. These are new cams.I shouldn't have to plug / unplug the cam...
