Nest Protect Installed before connecting to app.

My electrician installed Nest Protect in my house before I was able to connect each unit to the app, and wifi. I took one down to add to app, but it won't connect to wifi. Do I need to reset each device?

Nest Protect 2nd Gen mounting plate broke

Hello here,I bought the Nest Protect (smoke detector) in Feb. The mounting plate is broken and I also lost the screws associated with the plate. Is there a place I can buy the replacement parts (mounting plates and the screws)? Thanks.
