Nest no longer connects to Wifi

nest e and heat link e

I have an Ideal Combi boiler ( fairly new ) which is set up with a wireless radio thermostat control, any one know how to wire up the heat link e / nest thermostat. Easy instructions please.

How can you hold a temp. This nest is always defaulting to 64* way to cold I set it to 75* and a hour or two it defaults to 64*

Not Earning Leafs

I’m not earning leafs. A leaf will show on my screen and in my app, but not for the day. In my monthly report I’m not earning leafs even though it shows on my thermostat.
