Yale Nest Lock set up from factory reset

While changing batteries a whole nest of issues came up. I’ve reset to factory settings but when I press the white button inside the door the app shuts down and it beeps outside the door. I don’t get the pulsing blue therefore it won’t install.

Moving Nest Yale Lock from one home account to another

I set up my Nest Yale Lock on the wrong home account (I have two) . Is there any way to just move the existing lock from one home account to another? Or do I have to remove it entirely and reinstall it under the new home account?

Need help with service

I don’t like this. No phone number to call no one to talk to. I’m trying to pay to get service and keep getting the runaround on the internet. Is there any one can help. I’m about to go to a real security company.
