Chromecast with Google Tv USB issues

Hi, Since the last update in July. I cannot access USB files and I cannot use the apps on my usb storage or move apps to USB storage. Anyone have a fix in this issue please?

Chromecast keeps restarting

Chromecast keeps crashing and restarting. I have turned it off and on, I've tried plugging into other powerpoint, I've restarted it Nd also did a factory reboot. Nothing will fix it. Help?
