Volume rocker got stuck and doesn't work anymmore

I seldom used my Google Chromecast and when I used it yesterday, the volume rocker got stuck and now I can't control the volume anymore using the remote control. Is this something that can be replaced?By the way, is this how your chat support work?

Chromecast won't work and LED just flashes
