Allow to broadcast voice messages when kid profile is enable

At the moment, broadcasting a voice message like "The dinner is ready" from a Nest Mini is not getting into the Chromecast with Google TV if a kid profile is selected. Perhaps because the Google Assistant is not available within kids profiles?
