Floating “checking upgrade” on chromecast

new modem, now chromecast device isnt found

Hooked up new modem from Suddenlink yesterday , now trying to cast Netflix to tv and chromecast device isnt found. There was a problem with the modem DSN and while our son was talking with Suddenlink tech , the tech fixed the DSN on Suddenlinks side.
