Resolved! Philips oled won't turn off with Google assistant

Firmware up to date. Philips 65 inch oled will turn on with Google assistant but now refuses to turn off. Casting works. Makes no sense. Routines work with Philips hue and other devices. Any ideas why this has stopped working?
