Nest Cam

After buying a new phone, my 2nd generation Nest Cam doesn’t appear in my Nest app. I cannot reactivate it as there is no QR code, no code on bottom of camera and no Ethernet port. Is there another way to reactivate the camera?

Cam still records when I am home

I cannot get the camera to stop recording when I am home. It picks up people and records us. I have the assistant routine set up for home and away that seems fine. I have the location awareness on and it seems fine. What am I missing??
