Cameras offline several times a day

Our cameras and doorbells go offline continually throughout the day. We have paid extra to have the history recorded, our WiFi is on, and working. Why does this happen and how can we revert to the excellent quality we were experiencing?

Resolved! Cannot get door bell to connect to thermostat!!
