Google nest doorbell will not lock into place

I've had this thing for over a year, every time I need to remove it from mount to charge it, I spend a hour trying to get the thing to lock in. I just spent over 2 hours and I cannot get it to lock in place, if I lift up it just falls off mount.

Cars broken into no alert or recording

Nest cam didn't detect or record a break in of our cars. Camera points right at both cars in driveway. Have an aware subscription. Neighbors ring camera caught it but too far to see details. Is there a way to get footage during a set time?

Nest Cam and ADT Issue

I'm having an issue getting my best cam to work in my adt app. I never had an issue before but now it's saying I need to get access and an invite from the primary user in Google home. I am the primary user so I'm not sure what to do.
