Door bell camera

Camera does not display picture of someone at front door on TV screen (Samsung ) I have no problem with phones, but it seems now I can’t see the picture on the TV. This is something that happened within the last four months.

No Response to Warranty claim

It has been almost a month since I submitted my first warranty claim on my Google Nest Cameras with no response. Is there a direct way that anyone is aware of that I can get someone to address this?
