Just blowing cold air on heat

Hi, I've installed two Nest Thermostat E's and they worked fine over the summer. Now when we kick on heat, just cool air blows (not cold per se). I've tried switching the O and B option in the app without luck.Anything I'm missing here?

Loss of power for 30 days
