Once the Heat Mode is turned on, the heater will not shut off after
exceeding setting on the thermostat and the heater stays on if the mode
is changed to Eco or OFF. The only way to stop the heater is to switch
to the Cool Mode.

Like others I've seen on this forum I've tried everything with no
success. Really would like actual customer service support option that

How do I switch the thermostat to have me be the “owner” and be able to
control it on my phone? Reset it? I try to do it on the app and it asks
for a key code… but on the thermostat in the nest app settings it
doesn’t show any codes
Has Google fixed the inability to easily move a thermostat to a
different home. The migration incorrectly put themostats from 2 location
in same home. It shouldn't be hard to fix.
