WiFi Network

We cam home from a Friday night out and came home to our thermostat unable to find our network. All other devices seem to connect easily and the router has been reset several times. I even trying resetting the nest itself as well.

nest learning thermostat setup in Google Home app

I've entered the 6 digit code during the setup process. Now the app is asking me to "Choose the last 4 characters of your device's serial number". I have the serial number, but there is no place to enter or "choose" anything. No way to proceed
