C wire is orange. Y wire is black?

See picture below. This is a furnace only (no AC) and I'm installing a Nest Learning (3rd Gen).I'm just not sure what to do - I thought Y was only for AC units (and should be yellow?) and I read that C wires should be blue?

hi I used the compatibility tool and put in all the info but it says to have someone take a look if I don’t see a “C” label. I don’t see the “C” or am I I just missing it? Please help!

Heating comes on when water is scheduled

After a year of working fine, my heating has suddenly started kicking in when the hot water does too. This is despite the temperature not dropping enough to need heat.
